Market Creation Guide

Follow these steps to create a prediction market on PredictBase and start earning 1% of the volume from trades!

Visit Create Page

Go to predictbase.app/create to start creating your market.

Ensure You Have $1 USDC

Make sure you have at least $1 USDC in your PredictBase balance to pay the creation fee. You can deposit via your dashboard or user profile in the top-right.

Create Your Market Topic

Enter the topic you want to create a market about. You can click AI Generate to let our AI agent fill in the details, or choose Enter Manually to create it yourself.

Review Your Market

If you used AI Generate, review all market details to make sure everything is correct. AI can make mistakes sometimes.

Add Market Image

Upload an image for your market to make it visually appealing and recognizable.

Create Market

Click Create to launch your market.

Add Liquidity

Go to your market page and select the Mint option.

Enter Amount

Enter the amount of liquidity you want to provide and click Mint. You receive 1 share per $1.

Place Sell Orders & Earn

Place limit sell orders for your options at your desired price. For example:

Option A: Sell at 55¢

Option B: Sell at 48¢

If both of your options sell, you earn 3¢ per share from slippage in this example.

Using a good strategy, you can make extra money by providing liquidity and selling options in general.

Earn Revenue

As the market creator, you automatically earn 1% of each trade in your market. This goes straight to your PredictBase account balance.

Tip

Markets with no sell orders won’t attract volume. We recommend minting shares and providing sell orders for smooth trading.
