This market will resolve based on the official winner of the California gubernatorial election. The market resolves to “Yes” if the specified candidate is officially declared the winner of the California Governor race. The market resolves to “No” if any other candidate is declared the winner. Clarifications: The outcome is determined by the official certification of results by the California Secretary of State. If a runoff election is held, the result of the final runoff determines the outcome. If the election is delayed, postponed, or rescheduled, the market remains open until a winner is officially declared. If the candidate withdraws before the election and does not win → No. If the election is canceled with no official winner → the market resolves No. In the event of recounts or legal challenges, the market resolves based on the final certified result.
